Botched DUI Case Due to Blood Mix-Up

LA Times reported on a DUI case regarding a client whose blood sample had been mixed up with another sample being handled by the LAPD. Lane Scherer, an attorney at the Law Offices of Lawrence Taylor, was assigned to the case by Mr. Taylor. Scherer indicated that a mix-up such as this could extend to other DUI cases as well and said, "So if you mess up one, the others might be wrong as well."
